The Pardees have served at Trails End Ranch since 1993. Jim is the camp director, speaker, and recruiter. Kim serves as craft director and decorator. Many, many young people, both campers and leaders, have grown spiritually and been a blessing to others under the guidance and teaching of Jim and Kim.
